- Educational Level: prefer Master degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Experience: person with above 5 years of experience in Noise and Vibration Testing.
- Specific personal competencies: Individual should be able to adapt well to fast changing
environment. Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
Function description (roles / accountabilities):
o Reporting to Customer Service Manager of Korea.
o Responsible for TEST Product (Test.Lab, Test.Xpress) pre/post activities.
o Participate in the discovery process to assist in determining the customer needs.
¡× Regarding pre-sales activity:
o Qualify customers technical needs/pains and schedule.
o Present the capabilities and added value of solutions/products/services to the prospect/customer
o Prepare demos models and presentation materials for customers meetings
o Assist as a team the sales persons in defining appropriate offer
o Be the technical leader of pre-sales efforts for TEST solution.
o Promote solution and products by taking part into marketing activities: seminar, conferences...
¡× Regarding post-sales activity:
o Be the technical interface between customers and
o Ensure that TEST solutions are implemented by customers through regular follow-up meetings
o Ensure customer satisfaction
o Provide support for TEST products and services
