1. Responsible for delivering technical instrument and measurement automation expertise for a solution implementation to our customers based on HBM products and services. Need to focus on various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services.
2. Understand customers¡¯ pre and post sales problems, recommend solutions to meet their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction and also provide the necessary training and installation service when required. TSE also ensures the system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site. They may be product or technology focused and may deliver customer training classes and consulting related to the application, as well as assist in pre-sales activities to help grow HBM business. Solves complex, high impact problems.
3. Assist the sales team in meeting sales budget and deliver services by applying technical competence. Responsible for enhancing the customer¡¯s experience and ensuring customer success/satisfaction. Active sales process participant from deal qualification to deal closure to providing support after the sale. Understands the customer¡¯s problems and recommends HBM solutions (including services) that meet their needs.
4. Able to initiate contact with customers, monitor satisfaction with service quality, resolve day to day problems at an earliest possible.
¡×. Main Job 2.
1. Give Face to Face (F2F) seminars and training classes in area of competence.
2. Applies knowledge of customer¡¯s industry, business, to impact account strategic direction and business goals.
3. Provides technology and industry insight and advice to customers, team and management and organizes knowledge sharing events within/beyond immediate working team
4. Follow up on repair services on logistics and invoice preparation for repair services
5. Manage the demo inventory and prepare the demo order.
6. Responsible for following up on custom sensor project by closely working with responsible sales engineer, HBG,HBC and customer.
