Achieve and/or exceed mutually agreed upon revenue objectives.
Ensure short and medium term tactical plans are implemented effectively and efficiently in order to meet/exceed growth objectives.
Communicate effectively throughout the organization and to the market.
Generate new sales and new customers.
Build relationships and interface directly with key customers.
Provide quotations, solutions and answers to customer¡¯s enquiries together with sales team.
Ensure that Customer Databases are kept updated and consolidated on a regular basis.
Manage, develop, identify and grow channels.
Responsible for the development and implementation of effective national sales plans.
Develop and monitor key metrics in order to drive and evaluate sales performance.
Manage and work with product marketing team to ensure training and product updates for staff and channels are effective and timely.
e Requirements
Preferred Bachelor¡¯s degree in Electric and Electronics Engineering
3~5 years of Field Sales Experience
