- service manager experience before, especially manage a lab before.
- people management experience, better manager a team more than 5 peoples
- Project management experience will be a plus.
- Understand P&L, manage service as a profit center(not cost center) before.
- Good English, can communicate with HQ.
- Customer focused, know how to motivate employee, self-motivated.
