Job description: Inside Sales
We require:
- Agility, analytical skills, willingness to learn, adaptable to changes, sales mentality, customer oriented
- Proficient in computer/internet applications ( excel, world, emailing, CRM ¡¦ )
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales or remote customer care, marketing and/or lead generation experience.
- Desirable engineering knowledge, specially industrial engineering and/or IT/telecom expertise.
- Desirable multilingual skills
FUNCTIONS
( for lead generation profile )
- Cold calling and/or emailing to potential customers/projects.
- Quote generation, preparation of proposals
- Follow up and document leads in CRM application
- Tight collaboration with field sales , closing meetings for them and providing sales support when needed.
( for upsell/crossell profile )
- Contact existing customers to sell more products in our portfolio, including licenses, support, services and trainings.
- Generate the quote, negotiate with customer and close the deal
- Follow up implementation and service delivery to make sure we are able to invoice services.
- Identify new opportunities with existing and new customers
- Source new sales opportunities , understanding customer needs through consultive selling, identifying key players and generating interest being able to remove competition where needed.
