SalesÀÇ ½ÇÀûÀ» ¸ð¾Æ¼/ÀÔ·ÂÇؼ º»»ç¿¡ º¸°íÇÏ°í, º»»çÀÇ Áö½Ã»çÇ×À» Sales¿¡°Ô Àü´ÞÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
¼ýÀÚ°¨°¢»Ó¸¸ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó, ½Ã½ºÄÚ Á¦Ç°À̶ó´øÁö, Industry°æÇâÀ» ÆľÇÇÏ´Â ´É·Âµµ ÇÊ¿äÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
In this position you will be required to:
1. Execute the local sales strategy by aligning to regional and global processes, programmes and systems.
2. Make sound decisions to drive short term and long term performance aligning the available resources to achieve the most benefits.
3. Apply solution selling concepts and identify processes, technology and methodologies that may require improvement in order to increase sales performance.
4. Execute activities in specific areas of specialisation and lead and manage the Sales Operations function while supporting the desire of multiple business units and functions.
5. Manage local sales budgets and tracks costs across the relevant sales operational areas.
6. Act as a coach and mentor to the Sales Operations team and guide their activities to achieve the objectives set.
7. Manage a team of Sales Operations Specialists, co-ordinate their activities and local initiatives and influence their development and overall performance.
Requirements: Education, Training and Experience
• Commercial Degree
• Sales Qualification preferred
Experience
• At least 8 – 10 years¡¯ work experience
