SUMMARY OF POSITION: Sales manager or Sr. Sales Engineer ( °úÀå-ºÎÀå)
Sales Managers is selling PMS products and value to Korea Electronic Industries. The position will focus also on developing long term relationships with key accounts. Although the business is based in Korea, their functions must be accomplished in close collaboration with other functional groups (Marketing, R&D, Operations, etc.) while viewing the market as a global entity
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Work with Marketing, customer Service & Application Engineers (if applicable) to create and execute territory plan with focusing on strategic customers in Korea.
2. Understand the Electronics industry requirement and Business nature through situational fluency and in depth understanding of the Electronics markets. Fully understand PMS capabilities in manufacturing, quality and supply chain. Create plans to grow revenues with the current portfolio, and actively communicate new market and customer opportunities into PMS.
3. Understand and manage accounts using Sales Force.com.
4. Develop account strategies for customer satisfaction, revenue and margin growth and long term partnership by using Blue Sheet.
5. Regular Base Order and revenue Forecast.
6. Support account strategies to maximize market share of PMS products and PMS position at accounts.
7. Understand customer cost of ownership models to execute on value pricing opportunities.
8. Developing relationships at key technical decision/influential customers.
9. Managing critical projects and initiatives with our key customers in the Electronics Market.
10. Providing frequent communication to the global organization regarding status of the business.
11. Develop new business opportunities in the Electronics markets based on local market intelligence and knowledge of the competitive positioning.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintain accurate and current records on order and sales
2. Run SalesForce.com and Strategic Selling
3. Submit meeting minute, call reports, forecast and contact information on a timely manner.
4. Provide Regular forecast and key account Status update.
5. Submit and review T&E reports.
6. Request and review New Business Opportunities Update.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Min of BS degree..
Experience: Minimum 4 years sales in semiconductor, chemical and instrument industries
Preferred
Skills/Qualifications: Semiconductor process and micro-contamination management knowledge. Foreign (US/EU) company working experience.
Strong technical product knowledge.
