a. Support the Monthly closing
- Financial transaction posting on ERP: Banking, Corp card, employee expenses, office expenses etc., )
- Preparing monthly regular payment to suppliers, employee
- Managing prepaid/accrual expenses/common costs allocation
- Input fixed assets and run depreciation
- Verify purchase & sales VAT
- Withholding tax checking for interest
- Support income tax, local tax, Corp tax return and tax filing.
- Provide closing financial statements from ERP system
- Skystem upload after compare with local Data
- Support monthly business analysis data: expense, overheads comparison and draft comments, margin by product
- Support & prepare FC, Plan salaries, expense, overheads
b. Report
- Weekly Dashboard
- Monthly employee expense report
- Korean & English Financial statements(BS,PL,COGM)
- BS Reconciliation
- Bank & cash balance
- Intercompany balance
[HR & Admin]
a. HR
- Preparing payroll and social costs
- Preparing employment agreement
- Draft severance pay data
- Overtime data collection and computation
- Annual leave data collection
- Support to ESPP
- Recruiting support
- Draft US HR PCN when it happens
- Draft insurance renewal
- Support employee training
b. Admin
- Managing office rental & maintenance (rental, repair, cleaning, security, rental office machine, consumable etc)
- Recoding/reporting employee commuting time
- Support EHS, firefighting issues
- Support any company/office events
[IT]
-Record S/W license
-Employee PC & IP & Email data updating regularly
-Simple English communication with HQ IT when staff have IT problem(computer, email, network etc)
Job Requirements
⦁ Over Junior college degree in business related(economy, finance, accounting)
⦁ Minimum 4 years of direct experience in HR & Admin and financial supporting(4~7years, Korean title Dari), preferably working experience at GA function/ in similar industries & business type
⦁ e-Count ERP experienced high advantage and any other global ERP(Oracle, SAP)
⦁ Strong & good & smooth Interpersonal communication skills under multi-functions situations.
⦁ Proficiency MS-Office
⦁ Basic English communication , both spoken and written, email transaction
⦁ Female employees are considered first due to organizational environment
⦁ Can start work in early June
⦁ Enthusiastic own job and well organized
