Qualification Requirements:
1. 5~12 years experienced in HR fields
2. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
3. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
4. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
5. BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
6. Additional HR training will be a plus
7. Fluent in English
8. Excellent communication and people skills
9. Aptitude in problem-solving
10. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Main : Plan, develop and implement a variety of Human Resources functions to support the attainment of the facility / division goals and objectives
Human Resources Management
Administer people count, compensation and benefit plans for hourly and salaried employees
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks in performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Employee Relations
Helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreements
Assisting with processing employee grievances

Administration
Provide administrative and executive support to assigned Site as well as oversees and coordinates the day to day activities of the office.
Assure that Company policies and plans are in compliance and administered in accordance with plan/policy documents
