Position Summary GTF (Gas Turbine Filtration) Sales Manager (Asia Pacific) – Asia Áö¿ª Manager
Parker Gas Turbine Filtration Group is seeking a professional candidate who wants to join an important business expansion initiative in the aftermarket Gas Turbine Filtration business unit.
Parker Gas Turbine Filtration division strategy is to help customers achieve air quality and plant performance goals by delivering innovative, customized, value driven technology on a global scale. Parker Gas Turbine Filtration is renowned for its expert personnel, state-of-the-art processes and world-class products.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for obtaining orders and sales by implementing a strategic growth plan focused on large and complex accounts.
2. Identify opportunities for long term agreements with end users.
3. Manage and coordinate sales activities with our local distributor network.
4. Work with end users & our engineering team to determine the most cost-effective products and solutions becoming a customer trusted advisor.
5. Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of end user organizations.
6. Contribute to defining and implementing marketing and commercial strategies to increase orders volume and profitability.
7. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
8. Leverage cross-functional and cross business resources to maximize market penetration.
9. Identify new market opportunities.
10. Provide continuous forecast data.
11. Driving customer satisfaction, evaluation, plans, and follow through.
12. Be the first point of contact for technical support and issue resolution.
13. Deliver 1st level technical assistance on customer site when needed.
14. Conduct site surveys to understand scope of supply requirements.
15. Identify regional marketing needs & represent the business in regional conferences, seminars & product presentations
16. Take on additional duties or projects as required, within reason, by the business to support any other functions.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
1. Bachelor¡¯s Degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or customer support role
3. Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills
4. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, strong customer mindset
5. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
6. Proven experience in filtration or parts/services business.
7. Demonstrable commercial and technical expertise in Oil and Gas or Power Generation
8. Ability to bring an innovative approach to complicated problem solving.
9. Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and develop complex solutions.
10. Singapore resident or willing to relocate to Singapore.
11. Frequent travel to neighbour countries approximately 35% of the time.
12. Able to visit customer plants and inspect industrial equipment
