Position Title : Quality Control Engineer for Pneumatic and EM(Electro Mechanical)
1. 제품의 관련성은 없어도 제조회사의 품질 경험이 있으면 지원가능.
2. 경력 7년 이상.
Position Summary:
Quality Control engineer is a member of the quality department and in charge of process quality control and support quality assurance of in-house manufacturing and sourcing parts, Pneumatic and EM(Electro Mechanical).
Quality Control engineer works to ensure the process quality is robust enough so that in-house product provide a high level of quality that meets or exceed customer expectation.
Primary purposes of the job include analyzing root cause, taking corrective action, preventing recurrence and continuous improvement for defective material with operation and other teams.
Scope/Supervision & Interaction
Reports to the Quality Leader. Also Need to communication with related funchional Dept to solve customer complain and request
Essential Functions:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Improve manufacturing process quality for the in-house manufacturing parts.
- Improve quality process and format for the manufacturing process
- Problem solving for in-house manufacturing parts by leading cross functional team
- Support the customer issue
- Review quality standard and procedures to meet related requirements.
- Audit the manufacturing process regularly
- Conduct basic measurements on products
- Assure processing of nonconforming materials and disposition process by participating in failure analysis.
- Report weekly quality report
Qualifications:
- Have experience working in the field of quality control/assurance/measurement
- Have experience for problem solving for manufacturing issues
- Have practical knowledge of inspection and quality control
- Understand customer drawing, specification and requirement.
- Understanding GD&T and measuring principle
- Have basic measurement skills
- Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management
- Working experiences in Pneumatic, Mechanical, Electric or Automotive industry.
- Language skills: Ability to communicate with oversease supplier and customer.
Typical Experience:
More than 7 years in quality department
Typical Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- 근무시간 : 09:00 ~ 18:00 ( 주 5일근무 )
- 근무지 : 경기도 화성시 장안산업공단
- 직급및연봉 : 면접시 경력과 능력, 직전 직장 연봉등을 참고로 협의 결정 합니다.
