Position Title: Process Quality Engineer (Automotive industry)
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor¡¯s degree in Industrial engineering or related or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential quality functions of the job typically acquired more than
5 years of experience in Automotive industry.
3. Demonstrate an experience with quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and PPAP) to achieve
customer requirement for new projects. Preferred using Minitab skills in 6 Sigma to solve quality issues.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and make effective and persuasive Analysis Reports to customers
in English, preferred written/verbal communication skills in English.
5. Thorough knowledge of International Standard ISO 9001(ISO/TS 16949 as applicable for automotive
sector) Quality Management Systems is mandatory.
6. Prefer an IQ/OP/PQ and cGMP experience in Food Safety Management System in ISO 22000 and
ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems for Medical devices.
7. Ability to use standard business applications software.
8. Domestic and foreign travel as needed.
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer response and interface work against quality related requirements or complaints from customers.
2. Analyze rejected products and report corrective actions to manager how to respond customer and Inter-
companies including containment actions.
3. Pro-active participation and collaborates with stakeholders to prevent quality/reliability issues in APQP
stage and mass-production.
4. Evaluate quality performance (Rejected ppm and COPQ$, Cpk and FPY%) necessary effectively and
analyze opportunity to improvement and also lead improvement action to meet targets through continuous
improvement efforts.
5. Review daily non-conforming products/parts from manufacturing line, lead corrective actions to
stakeholders and follow up its effectiveness.
6. Implement Validation planning, Conduct integrity tests and Prepare relevant document for Process Filters.
7. Demonstrate product quality assurance and controlling customer and in-process quality in compliance with
customer requirement and International Standard ISO Quality Management Systems.
