Position Summary:
- The main purpose of this position is to develop sales and market shares of Fluid Connectors Products lines to dedicated OEM¡®s. The holder of this position is accountable for the sales growth into his responsibility area.
Scope/Supervision and Interactions
- To generate sales growth aligned with the Win Strategy goals,
- To design and follow up the deployment of the "Business Plans" and other actions plans
- Responsible for the profitable growth of FCG products through the development of new channels for ES Sales.
- To ensure the filling of CRM and continuously improve the hit rate
- Develop strong new channels for the growth of the 2ND Battery and Defense markets.
- Develop profitable growth strategies via new channels, new accounts, new business opportunities
- Working closely with groups/business units to support market/customer needs
- Communicating and participate in developing program relative with Oversea division..

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering is preferred
- Min. 3 years sales engineering experience in the Marine and Defense markets within relevant applications.
- Project management(leading) skills
- Build and maintain relationship w/ key person of the customers side in Defense and Energy market.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to create relations and positively influence
- IT Skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Able to drive own initiative whilst remaining a team player.
