Position Title: Hose Assembly Value Stream Manager (생산운영관리 : 호스조립팀 생산운영 관리)
제조업 생산관리 경험 3년 이상

양산공장 Hose Assembly Value Stream 근무예정
Position Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing qualified hose assembly products that meet customer requirement on time.
Scope/Supervision & Interaction
1) Scope : Control the whole hose assembly manufacturing process, quality, and EHS
2) Supervision : Production controller, Workshop supervision, Operator
3) Interaction : Lean QA Team, Sustain Eng. Team, HR Team, EHS team, M&U Team, SCM Team
Essential Functions:
1) Make a plan for manufacturing & analyze the actual result of production.
2) Plan and implement the continuous improvement for quality.
3) Control DSI, Service Level
4) Control & Improve the production capacity (increase productivity)
5) Plan and act investment of equipment and machinery.
6) Build up a Std. Work, work instruction and improve working standard of process.
7) Plan and do the Lean Activity including cost reduction
8) Improve environment of shopfloor
Qualifications:
1) Scholarship : University graduation (Institute of Technology)
2) Experience : At least 5 years experience in Manufacturing or Engineering area.
3) Background : Engineering Background Preferred
4) Foreign Language : English (Reading, Writting, Conversation)
5) PC Skill

7) JDE : Process of JDE System, Item Master, BOM
8) Etc.

- 근무시간 : 08:00 ~ 17:00 ( 주 5일근무 )
- 근무지 : 경남 양산시
- 직급및연봉 : 면접시 경력과 능력, 직전 직장 연봉등을 참고로 협의 결정 합니다.
