Process Sales Manager (ÆDZ³ ±Ù¹«) : Bio-pharm ¸¶ÄÏ Á¦¾à¼³ºñ¿¡ µé¾î°¡´Â Á¦±ÕÇÊÅÍ °æÇè ÇÊ¿ä
Position Summary:
Responsible for increasing sales volume, margin and market share with existing and new accounts within Process Filtration Business (OEM / Distribuion channels). Responsible for directing Field Sales and Distributors to grow sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts aligned with company¡¯s mid- and long-term business plan. Accountable for motivating and offering strategic positioning and ongoing direction to staff executing regional sales goals and sales plans.
Scope/Supervision & Interaction
Interact with Filed Sales, Distributors and OEM customers for winning business
Interact with Divisional management, Business Development team, and related support departments for premium customer experience
Reports to Sales Direcor.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for Korea Process Filtration Business (OEM / Distribuion channels).
Provide leadership and guidance to Field Sales in Korea region to achieve growth and profitability; effectively utilize placement, motivation, training and development skills with the sales/product business.
Develop marketing and sales promotion programs for Distributors and OEM customers; develop training programs to support Distributors and OEM customers.
Own Strategy Deployment for Distribution sales growth for Filtration Group in Korea region; responsible for securing and maintaining regional distribution of all product groups and maintaining effective agreements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of PFG group/ KFD divisional products, applications, features, advantages, and benefits. Keeps up with internal and external training and development.
Assist in the conversion of competitive accounts to Parker.
Proactively work with all divisional managements, business development team, and related support departments to continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.
Work on annual plan for both direct and distribution sales to meet business growth objectives.
Keep management informed of competitive products, pricing, new product development, and market issues via timely periodical reports and other specifically requested reports.
Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related areas of study.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, business development, or Product Management.
Sales management experience well regarded.
Possess knowledge of management, marketing principles, industry practices, company and competitor products and service capabilities, business and operational processes including proposal development, contract negotiations, and program management etc.
Excellent technical / engineering comprehension and knowledge of Process Filtration Business direct and distribution.
Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper opportunities.
Must have functional understanding of cost accounting and adopt to practical application.
Capability to perform each essential function with a high level of expertise, capability to lead people and obtain results, capability to organize and manage multiple priorities within a dynamic matrix organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, abilities to effectively and persuasively present information to top management, customers, and employees.
Able to build trust, value others, foster innovation, focus on delivering customer service, solve problems creatively and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
