MSG Application Engineer, Parker Hannifin Japan
6+ Years hydraulic system / electromechanical engineering
Position Summary:
With supervision, this role is responsible for field applications, system design, and customer product
development/enhancement; Provides sales, marketing and design direction in support of the organization's growth
initiative; May also support key accounts
Essential Functions:
- Provides technical expertise on products;
- Assists territory and account managers in adapting current and new products to customer needs and satisfaction;
- Provide timely feedbacks for customer’s questions/requirements.
- May support technical training for customers and distributors;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide reports,
on a regular and/or monthly basis;
- Keeps management aware of changes, which would effect the distribution of Parker products;
- Investigate market needs for innovative products and communicate them to Engineering for product development;
- Must maintain highest degree of customer service, throughput, and quality and may participate in lean activities"
Qualifications:
- University Degree of Mechanical or electric engineering (or international equivalent).
- Minimum Experience 6+ Years hydraulic system / electromechanical engineering
- Knowledge of hydraulic components and it’s electric control
- Business orientation.
- Possess good communication skills and influence skill.
- Possess high level of integrity and positive work attitude.
- Interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills, ability to establish a rapport with others.
- Effective verbal and written communication
<근무조건>
Work hour: 9:00 am to 17:30 ( Lunch time 12:00-13:00)
Work place: Japan Tokyo or Osaka
Tokyo: Higashi-Shinagawa Shinagawa-ku Tokyo
Osaka: Bingo-machi Chuo-ku Osaka
Work day: Monday to Friday (5 days/w)
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday, National holiday, Winter holiday(Dec. 29th – Jan. 4th)
Allowance: Retirement allowance, Overtime allowance, Commutation allowance
Qualifications: English and Japanese language skills
