** Role Definition **
A. HR admin
• Handling and implementing compensation, welfare, benefits and allowance policies and systems (KR)
• Day-to-day operations of HR admin functions and duties
• Manage the HR administration with Head of Human Resources in HQ
• Compile and update employee records (KR) for internal purpose
• Supporting amendments of company rules and regulations working with outsourcing company (KR)
• Lead recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process (KR)
• Implement onboarding plans (KR)
• Management of resignation & exit processes (KR)
• Management of disciplinary and grievance issues (KR)
• Certificate issuance (KR)
• Management of Compulsory training 3 times a year (KR)
• Annual leave/Paid/Unpaid leave management (KR) – Cezanne and Excel
B. General admin
• Provide day to day administration work to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Fixed asset management (incl. real estate & cars)
• Supporting Corporate insurances renewal
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
• Meeting arrangement and support
• Support corporate secretarial service in cooperation with the external service provider for company incorporation change, registration, and AGMs etc.
C. Sales admin
• Supporting tendering process
• Working with global sales operation team
• Sales report and planning
• Other sales support activities
• Sales operation with Salesforce
• Preparing sales materials/Sales campaigns support (PPT, Video)
D. Marketing support
• Working closely with global marketing team for APAC marketing activities and PR
• Supporting company¡¯s external/internal events/webinars for APAC
• Supporting Asian market research and analysis
• Preparing marketing materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor¡¯s degree holder
- 3-10 years of experience in related job
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English
Preferred qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or office operational position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Working conditions
A. Job type: Full time and permanent
B. Working hours: 5days a week (Mon-Fri), 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
