Accounting & Finance Director (이사급)
담당업무
1. Financial Leadership:
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
2. Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
3. Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls as needed.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
• Provide financial forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
5. Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices and stay informed about changes in accounting standards.
• Explore opportunities to automate financial reporting processes, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
6. Audit Management:
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure the timely completion of audit requirements.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial initiatives and resolve cross-functional issues
필수자격
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, over 5 years in a leadership position.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

The position will be responsible for handling the book-keeping tasks for our U.S. headquarters. As such, fluent English communication skills are required, and the interview will include a session with an executive from the U.S. headquarters conducted in English.
