Position Title: FCG Process Sales Engineer

Reports To: FCG Process Sales Manager
Position Summary:
- Management and development of sales growth in Core(Onshore, Offshore, EPC) market
- Hybrid performance in managing and developing sales growth in Semiconductor market
- Responsible for carrying out and achieving sales performance with FCG products, specifically valves, regulators, and fittings for Core & Semicon applications
Scope/Supervision & Interaction
- Responsible for profitable growth of FCG products in Core and Semi Market
- Develop profitable growth strategies and opportunities for both new and existing accounts
- Collaborate and engage with team members & overseas division teams to better identify and
resolve customer requests and issues
- Report sales activities & results to FCG Process Sales Manager
Essential Functions:
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, identify their expectations, and deliver solutions
- Develop and present technical proposals that effectively address client needs and challenges
- Uphold and develop client relationships by conducting regular calls and meetings, providing quality feedback on progress and proposed projects
- Communicate regularly with overseas division teams to resolve customer requests and issues
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, product advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies within the Core & Semi industry
- Drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in mechanical engineering or chemical engineering is preferred
- Min. 5 years sales engineering experience in On/Off-Shore EPC market, or Semicon market
- Previous sales experience with related products (Valve, Regulator, Fitting) is favored
- Good communication and presentation skills, comfortable with presenting information to audience
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Proven track-record of demonstrating project management skills
- Proficiency in using sales tools to track leads and customer interactions is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English
